Thursday 19^th:

Teams arrival on Madeira international airport will be meet by English speaking hostess, or if needed, other languages such as (German, Spanish, French, Italian) can be arranged. If any team decides to come to Madeira earlier, meeting reception, will be arranged, for the day of arrival. Welcome Party will be on this day, at 19:00 hours, at "quinta magnolia" after a briefing with all team managers. Remenber that the meeting point during all night is "Café do Teatro" located right in the center of the city of Funchal, opens its doors at 16:00 and will offer every night a alusive party.

Friday 20^th:

First day of games, teams will be meet on their respective hotels by transfer coaches, for transportation to playing fields. The teams will be splitted by the available pitches, from 10 am to 7 pm. In the fields you will find plenty support facilities: Ambulance, Physiotherapists, Bar, Restaurants, music, merchandising and... Friendship!!! Once again the bar "Café do Teatro" will be expecting us for a festival related party.

Saturday 21^st:

This will be a free day, players, friends and relatives, may use this day to explore, the island. Tours, and organized activities, will be for sale by Miltours our official travel agent, visit the What to do page, were you can see prices of tours and activities, and  for better information and booking contact Miltours. You can also speak with your guide, if you haven't booked yet. This will be the last night out so surely we will all meet in the official meeting point bar,"Café do teatro".

Sunday 22^nd: 

Second day of games. Farewell dinner, transfers for dinner will meet participants, at their respective hotel. The Party will go on to early in the morning.

Monday 23^rd:

Sadly it will come to this day: Departure day. Transfers from Hotel to Madeira Airport.
