Dedy Russian Stars (Russia)

The Club “Stars Golden Oldies Rugby “ was found in 1989 in Moscow from players of team “Spartak”, MAI,” Aeroflot”, MEIS, and other team - participants of Championship USSR 1936 - 1991. Team “Spartak” was be on 2 place in Championship 1938-39, 4-5 place in 1970-86, Aviators MAI was be on 2-3 place in 1971-80. In 1992-2007 the Teams C.I.S "Stars -Moscovskie Dedy"(so “Dedy-Russian Stars” 50+) was participated at Golden Oldies Festivals:
EUROPE - to 1992 Hertogenbosh, 1994 Geidelberg, 1996 Verona, 1998 Aberdeen,
2000 Moscow, 2004 Benidorm, 2006 Zurich
WORLD – to 1993 Dublin, 1995 Christchurch (N.Zealand), 1997 Vancouver (Canada),
1998 Capetoun (UAR), 2005 San-Diego (USA), 2006 Buenos-Aires, Argentina
World Masters Games Rugby - to 1994 Brisbane Australia.
Gala World Games Rugby- to 1999 Bordeaux-Marmande France ,
So to Regional Festivals and Tournament 1995 England, 1996 Portugal, 1997 Ukraine,
1999 Czech Rep., 2000 - UAE (mini-rugby), 2005 -Аrmenia and other.
In 1989 Commonwealth Veterans Rugby "Golden Oldies" was organized to Moscow the Russian International Festivals Golden Oldies Rugby (" Zolotye Stariki Regbi").
The Club "Stars Rugby” was played each year (1989-2007).
